It is considered a “medhya rasayana” in Ayurvedic medicine, meaning that it helps to support and nourish the memory and intellect. It also has adaptogenic effects and can help support the body and mind in times of stress.
Adultes: Prendre 1 mL (30 gouttes) 4 fois par jour dans un peu d’eau à jeun. Prendre quelques heures avant ou après la prise d’autres médicaments.
Adults: Take 1 mL (30 drops) 4 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
